He is an excellent doctor- takes the time to patiently answer all questions raised and clearly explains to layman's understanding the why's and possible causes of conditions/ expectations to treatments or what each medication is for, etc amongst his other qualities. Extremely knowledgable, Dr. Cruz is also very personable, and makes patients feel comfortable and spends quality time with me each visit where you won't feel rushed or just a "number"."
