Find guidance and resources from a dedicated patient navigator while you receive care at the Lefcourt Family Cancer Treatment Wellness Center at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey. You and your loved ones can rely on your navigator to:
- Serve as your direct contact at the cancer center
- Listen to your concerns and answer questions
- Give emotional support
- Help you schedule appointments
- Communicate with you and your care team to ensure personalized, high-quality care that meets national guidelines
- Connect you with resources at the medical center and in your community, such as nutritional counseling, social work, and financial counseling
