About John Heffernan

Dr. Heffernan is board eligible in internal medicine. His clinical interests include disease prevention, nutrition, international medicine, patient wellness, and chronic disease management. Dr. Heffernan received his DO from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Blacksburg, Virginia, and did an internal medicine residency at Hackensack Meridian Health–Palisades Medical Center, in North Bergen. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Physicians. In addition to English, Dr. Heffernan is fluent in Spanish.
